Course Progression
Relaxation and Relaxation Techniques: Learn to relax the body completely at will. This forms the basis for the practice of meditation.
Still the Mind: Learn techniques to gain control of your mind in order to quiet and still the thoughts, in order to prepare for meditation.
Body Awareness and Visualisation Techniques: With visualisation you can train yourself to relax and it is an aid to reaching higher states of consciousness.
Yogic Breathing for Meditation: Breathing is essential for health. Proper breathing is an antidote for stress. Although we all breathe, very few breathe correctly.
Meditation: Requirements, Techniques and Practices. We cover various meditation techniques, experience some of them and practice them successfully.
